Joining an association and an MLS should be completed within 30 days of getting licensed. This is separate from KW and will require an application and payment directly to the Association and MLS when joining. Be advised, the Association /MLS will require an orientation of their own and they will provide those details.
An Association is covering your National Realtor Association fees as well as the state and local Association fees. This is an annual payment made directly to the association you belong to. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current with both the Association and MLS.
It is your responsiblilty to also activate your Supra Key for unlocking lockboxes, which is set-up through the MLS. Typically, a one time activation fee and then a monthly fee is applied to a card you place on file with the MLS.
